Based in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, we are expanding our network to Sapporo, Tokyo and Taiwan (Taichung).

Requirements
Job Details (Construction Manager)
- Responsibilities
- Construction management of interior works (schedule, quality, safety)
- Coordinating with craftspeople and partner contractors
- Managing on-site progress and schedules
- Preparing estimates and placing orders
- Working closely with our in-house design and production teams
- Requirements
- 3+ years of construction management experience
- Standard driver’s license (automatic-only OK)
- Able to communicate smoothly in Japanese (any nationality welcome)

- Certified Building Construction Manager (Class 1 or 2)
- Licensed Architect (Class 1 or 2)
- Experience in interior construction or furniture installation

- ¥280,000 – ¥550,000 per month
